1. Scope of Services
Inhalelifenow provides accredited training programs, workshops, and supervision sessions for healthcare professionals, with a focus on wellbeing, resilience, and the prevention of burnout. Most trainings are accredited within the framework of schema therapy and related professional standards. Check the training which accreditation is applied.
2. Registration
All registrations are handled in order of receipt.
– Individual participants may register for scheduled open trainings via our website or by written confirmation.
– In-company training can be requested by healthcare institutions and organizations. For other work fields there is always an obvious connection with healthcare. A signed agreement by both parties is required before confirmation. By signing, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
– Approximately 4 weeks before the activity begins, registered participants will receive an information email with final details.
3. Communication
Inhalelifenow will respond to participant communication within 7 days. If circumstances require a longer response time, participants will be notified.
4. Payment and Invoicing
Invoices are issued to the individual who registers, even if the payment is to be made by a company or third party. The participant remains responsible for ensuring payment is completed.
Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the activity. If payment has not been received in advance, participation will not be permitted.
All prices exclude meals during the training, travel costs and overnight accommodation, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. The cancellation date is decisive in determining any refund.
– Up to 30 days before: full refund.
– Between 30 and 14 days: 50% refund.
– Within 14 days: no refund.
Inhalelifenow reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program in case of insufficient participants, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants may then transfer to a future training or request a refund.
6. Substitution of Participants
If a registered participant cannot attend, it is possible to transfer the registration to a colleague. Such transfers require written approval from Inhalelifenow (via email or official confirmation). The financial arrangement for the transfer is the responsibility of the customer. Once the transfer is approved, no refund will be made to the original participant.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during and after the training. Inhalelifenow’s programs are educational and supportive in nature; they do not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. Participants are expected to maintain professional standards of confidentiality and respect within group settings.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during the programs, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Liability
Inhalelifenow accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Inhalelifenow and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
