Our trainings have been developed to bring you a range of exercises and practices designed to replenish you, which you can dip into on your own journey of self-nourishment and rejuvenation. Our program is like a tree – the foundational messages that we teach are rooted within our 2-day workshop, whilst we are also creating new branches to provide you with additional opportunities for self-care – through the body, breath, and mind.
We know change can be difficult. We see it as our mission to reach out to you and accompany you on your journey to become a lighter and more sustainable you.
At a pace that suits you best for where you are at right now, we highly recommend that you start with the basics: our 2-day workshop. This will enable you to grasp a broad range of knowledge, to experience nourishing practices, and learn about the scientific research that will help you to make important changes in your own working life.

Refreshment sessions
During our refreshment sessions you will find yourself amongst colleagues from across the world. Our emphasis is on sharing experiences and strengthening your own practices in self-nourishment.

Replenishment sessions
In the replenishment sessions we will share cutting edge scientific or clinical findings and powerful exercises for overcoming burn-out and building resilience. You will be moved to integrate this in your daily work and/or life.
